CIMAR acquired state level recognition when Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) embracing PESA, TESA, TESE and MESE were introduced here in 1997 for the first time in Kerala.

CIMAR further created histrionic by giving birth to two lovely babies (TWINS) to a fortunate mother (Who conceived through ICSI treatment here ) on 28th Oct’98

CIMAR was the first center in the whole India to produce a baby using recombinant FSH (Recogon) CIMAR created one more historic moment when a 48 years old postmenopausal woman gave birth to a baby through the ICSI treatment.

CIMAR was the first centre in the whole of India to produce a PGD baby using laser beam technology.

CIMAR introduced Triple Gas incubator for first time in India in 2002

In the year 2003 Intra Uterine Blood Transfusion treatment started for the first time in Kerala.

FOGSI recognition as infertility Training centre was bestowed in the year 2004

In the year 2005 CIMAR was awarded ISO certification.

CIMAR have already give birth to over 3500 babies including over 500 test tube babies. Over 20000 infertile couples have visited CIMAR so far. CIMAR is now the leader in the country where assisted hatching blastocyst culture are regularly done in its IVF/ICSI programs.
