2011 – First Intra Uterine Thoraco- Shunt Procedure in Kerala

2013 – NABH accreditation ( SHCO Category)

2014 – CIMAR launches MOM (Magic of Motherhood) – an exclusive birthing centre

2016 –Introduced Fetoscopy Procedure for Twins in Kerala.

2017 – First FNB ( High Risk Pregnancy and Perinatology) in Kerala and the third in India.

2017 – First Bipolar Cord coagulation in Kerala.
