• 1. FOGSI Recognized Advanced Infertility Training
  • Duration – 14 Days
  • Eligibility – Post Graduation in OBG (MD/MS/DGO/DNB)
  • Course Fee – Rs. 40,000/- (including 18% GST)

  • Documents Required – FOGSI Membership certificate, PG certificate, Medical council registration certificate (attested)
  • Description – Covers basic infertility management and exposure to IVF/ICSI, USG, folliculometry, semen preparation, andrology, etc
  • Occupancy – 2 Candidates per batch

• 2. FOGSI Recognized Ultrasound Training
  • Duration – 14 Days
  • Eligibility – Post Graduation in OBG
  • Course Fee– Rs. 40,000/- (inclusive of GST)
  • Description – Obstetric & gynecologic ultrasound, follicular scans, doppler, high-risk pregnancy.
  • Occupancy – 2 candidates per batch
  • NB: If you are not a FOGSI member, you will be given a certificate from the institution (CIMAR)

• 3. FOGSI Recognized Endoscopic Training
  • Duration -14 Days
  • Eligibility – Post-Graduation in OBG (MD/MS/DGO/DNB)
  • Course Fee – Pay Cash Rs. 40,000/- (inclusive of GST)
  • Payment – Cash / DD in favour of Edappal Hospitals P. Ltd. Payable at Cochin
  • Documents Required – FOGSI Membership certificate from your local FOGSI branch/society. Copy of Post-Graduation Degree certificate attested by govt. medical officer.Copy of medical council registration certificate attested by govt. medical officer
  • Description – A short course covering basic gynaec endoscopic surgery including Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy especially fertility enhancing surgeries.
  • Occupancy -2 candidates per batch
  • Certifying – FOGSI (Only if you are a FOGSI member)
  • Accommodation – Paid accommodation may be available on request.

• 4. Ultrasound Training
  • Duration – 14 Days
  • Eligibility – Post Graduation in OBG (MD/MS/DGO/DNB) For Non – FOGSI member / Radiology
  • Course Fee – Rs.40,000/- ( +18% GST )
  • Payment– Cash / DD in favour of Edappal Hospitals P. Ltd. Payable at Cochin

  • Description – A short observation course covering basic obstetric and Gynecologic ultrasound including exposure to follicular scans, doppler studies.

  • Eligibility – Selection through National Board
  • Course Fee– As per National Board guidelines
  • Payment – Online
  • Documents Required– Allotment letter, Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate, PAN Copy
  • Occupancy – 2 Seats
  • Certifying Authority – National Board
  • Accommodation – Accommodation fee (20,000/-) will be returnable if not availed.

• 3. DNB in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Duration -3 years post MBBS, 2 years post DGO
  • Eligibility – MBBS/DGO
  • Course Fee – As per National Board guidelines

  • Documents Required – Allotment letter, Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate, PAN Copy
  • Description – It is a 3 year post graduate programme that candidate can pursue after MBBS
  • Occupancy – 2 primary and 2 post diploma seats per year.

Fellowship Courses

• 1. Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine
  • Duration – 1 year
  • Eligibility – Post Graduate in OBG (MD/MS/DGO/DNB)

  • Documents Required – Attested copy of PG Degree certificate.
  • Description – A comprehensive course giving you indepth knowledge and experience regarding all aspects of IVF and infertility treatment. You will be exposed to basic infertility management, ultrasonography, laparoscopy and fetal medicine. Excellent library facilities are available. On completion, candidate will be given a fellowship certificate from the institution (CIMAR).
  • Occupancy – 2 Batches – January and July | 2 Centres – Cochin & Edappal | 2 Candidates per batch / center

• 2. Fellowship in Fetomaternal Medicine
  • Duration – 1 Year
  • Eligibility – Post Graduate in OBG (MD/MS/DGO/DNB).
  • Course Fee – 600000 + 18% GST
  • Payment – Cash / DD in favour of Edappal Hospitals P. Ltd. Payable at Cochin
  • Documents Required – Attested copy of PG Degree certificate
  • Description – One year of intensive training in fetal medicine including exposure to all fetal procedures like Amniocentesis, Chorionic villous sampling, Fetal Blood Sampling, Intra Uterine transfusion, Fetal Reduction etc. You will be able to handle all high risk pregnancies, and will be well versed in Malformation scans, doppler studies etc. On completion, candidate will be given a fellowship certificate from the institution CIMAR.
  • Occupancy – 2 batches – January and July | 2 Centers – Cochin and Edappal | 3 Candidates per batch

  • Study Support – Faculty and Experience. Lectures will be taken by specialists in fetomaternal medicine, covering the entire course objectives

  • Documents Required – Attested copy of PG Degree certificate
